We will hold a pre-trip orientation at 4:30pm the evening prior to your trip’s departure at the designated host hotel in Flagstaff. Departure times and logistics for the following morning will be discussed at the orientation. Most trips will depart by 7am.

We will provide all transportation to/from trailheads for the duration of the trip. We will pick you up at the host hotel in Flagstaff and return you there at the trip’s conclusion. Guests staying at these hotels can leave their rental cars at the hotel.  Blue Marble typically has arranged for the host hotel to hold your luggage for the duration of your trip.  If this is not the case, other arrangements will be made

Flagstaff/Sedona
​We encourage our guests to stay at their trips' host hotel.  If you choose not to stay at the designated host hotel (included in your pre-trip information packet), there are many hotel and motel accommodations in Flagstaff and Sedona for the night prior to your trip departure. We highly recommend you make your reservations as early as possible as the hotels in both locales have been known to sell out.

Meeting Time/Location:
Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Grand Staircase, Capitol Reef, Arches, and all other  Utah's Wilds adventures will meet at the designated host hotel
 at 7pm the evening prior to your trip’s scheduled departure for a pre-trip orientation. The trip will depart from that location the next morning. Departure times and logistics for the following morning will be discussed at the orientation. Most trips will depart by 7am.


We will provide all transportation to/from trailheads for the duration of the trip.  We will pick you up at the host hotel and return you there at the trip’s conclusion.
